The Beginning
Transition started as a simple spreadsheet shared between training partners — a list of gear they'd sell or swap. The idea was straightforward: keep great equipment inside the sport and out of landfills. Within months, hundreds of athletes were asking to join.
Building Trust
We introduced our verification model in 2022 — requiring every item to be physically inspected before listing. The quality pass rate climbed above 98% within the first year. Athletes stopped worrying about what they were buying and started focusing on racing.
